Our four sections in the community:

  1. West of Atlantis (border runs north/south along Ramblewood)
  2. East of Atlantis (border runs north/south along Ramblewood) and West of Hampton Rd
  3. East of Hampton Rd and west of Cape St. Claire Rd.
  4. East of Cape St. Claire Rd.

Every resident of Cape St. Claire can be a Block Watcher. Every resident and community guest should Observe and Report: Call 911 regarding any crime or trespassing.

The CSC Watch group members are organized in the following manner:

  • Neighborhood Coordinator: resident that acts as point of contact for community and police regarding the Crime Watch program; coordinates activities and communication; recruits residents
  • Block Captain: resident that visits homes in their section to promote the program; base station for the program in their section; distributes materials
  • Block Watcher: each resident acts as eyes and ears on their own street; watches neighbors' homes; gets to know neighbors; promote program; every resident on every street in Cape St. Claire can be a Block Watcher
  • Guest Member: A Guest Member is someone sponsored by a Block Watcher, with the reason why. An example guest: A contractor that does a lot of work in the Cape, has family that lives here, but he lives outside the community at this time.
