The CSC Watch group members are organized in the following manner:
- Neighborhood Coordinator: resident that acts as point of contact for community and police regarding the Crime Watch program; coordinates activities and communication; recruits residents
- Block Captain: resident that visits homes in their section to promote the program; base station for the program in their section; distributes materials
- Block Watcher: each resident acts as eyes and ears on their own street; watches neighbors' homes; gets to know neighbors; promote program; every resident on every street in Cape St. Claire can be a Block Watcher
- Guest Member: A Guest Member is someone sponsored by a Block Watcher, with the reason why. An example guest: A contractor that does a lot of work in the Cape, has family that lives here, but he lives outside the community at this time.
