How Can I Post something to the community signboard?

The signboard can be rented for $25.00 for 3 days or $50.00 for a week. Please view the Signboard page to check availability and to submit your request.

How do I get on the Piers Waiting list?

A simple phone call and the office staff will be glad to provide a copy of the piers application either by fax, in person at the office, or through the non-postal mailbox located outside the office door.

What are the prices and what is provided when renting the Clubhouse?

The Clubhouse is available to Cape Residents only. For more information click, or call the office at (410) 757-1223.

How do I request the use of the beaches for a private party?

If you are a Cape resident, you may fill out an application after reading the policy provided. It is then reviewed by the Beaches and Parks Chairman for approval.

What do I need to do in order to build on my property?

An application and guidelines are available from the office staff either in person at the office or through the non-postal mailbox located outside the office door.

How do I file a complaint?

Residents may voice their complaints by phone to the office staff anonymously. These complaints will then by forwarded to the Covenant Chairman for action.

Have I paid my maintenance fees? If so, why didn’t I get my stickers?

Confirmation of payment of maintenance fees can be established by a phone call to the office. Payment can be dropped off at the office in person, or through the non-postal mailbox located outside the office door. Vehicle information must accompany payment. Often the reason resident’s do not receive their stickers is because no vehicle (or partial vehicle) information is given. A simple call to the office can resolve this problem.

I am selling my house how do I purchase an homeowner information packet?

A request needs to be called into the office, and the packet must be picked up in person. Payment of $150 is due at the time of pickup.

We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
