CSCIA Slip Fees
Slips Fee Schedule from February 1st, 2025 through January 31st, 2026
All of the community’s slips are assigned a ranking from 1 to 11 corresponding to each slip’s physical attributes and overall desirability. The Class 1, or “Mud Slips” are slips which are less than satisfactory for most boats but provide marginal use and allow renters to apply for the move list.

The 2025 Total Fees will be for contract year February 1, 2025 through January 31st, 2026. This is part of the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget for the CSCIA, which began July 1, 2024 and runs through June 30, 2025.
We have proposed increases for Fiscal Year 2025, which will be in contracts offered from February 1st, 2025 through January 31st, 2026. The Fiscal Year 2025 budget was approved in October by the Piers Committee, accepted by the CSCIA Board of Governors in October and presented at the quarterly membership meeting held in October. The proposed FY2025 CSCIA budget will be up for vote at our annual January membership meeting.
