The Caper – February 2022 Edition

Last time I did one of these, Jeff Roche was the President and it was unseasonably warm. Now? Jeff Roche has gracefully retired his Presidential gavel (with MANY MANY thanks to him) and it’s been a frigid January. What a difference a month makes. Congratulations to Beau Breeden for becoming President of the community again. We all know that Cape St. Claire will be in good hands.

In Beau’s “first” Presidential message, he thanks Jeff for his hard work over the last year. In addition, the board lost a valuable asset this past year in Jerome Zadera. He will be missed. Congratulations are in order to Joe Angel who has stepped up and gotten on the board for the next 3 years. We welcome his presence.

In Ryan, the Town Managers message, he mentions that the yellow postcards have been sent and a reminder that the yearly $10 dues are due March 1st. He also offers some snow removal tips so don’t miss out.
